Hi guys I'm looking for some help/advice, I'm currently using windows 10 pro 64bit for music production, anyway I was browsing the web the other day and suddenly windows media opens up, webcam turns on and I can see myself active in windows media player, just like what you see when u use skype, ive never used skype but Ive seen it in action, what is going on with windows media player, and how did the cam turn on, do I have an app that could have somehow triggered it, or is there something more sinister, like was I hacked or something, ive ran a malware scan using avast and has found nothing suspicious but I'm worried what caused it and could it happen again.

Again, windows media player opened up and I could see my self active/live, the only way o could shut it down was ctrl alt delete, then I rebooted pc, and when I got back into windows my avast had been disabled somehow, I then enabled it, everything has been fine for the last few days, I just want some help/advice what could have caused it,

1 more thing my 6 year old son uses my laptop to watch cartoons on youtube so any security tips and any advice to enhance my security would be hugely appreciated
