I have been using Spybot, Malwarebytes and Avast antivirus lately. On several occasions, Spybot find malware after every browsing session on a daily basis and no threat before I use the internet. I was wondering if there were some malware that was partially quarantined and probably activate themselves again whenever I use the internet- Maybe Spybot couldn't fish out all the malware.

This is because, most times, it finds threats from the browsing history, recent docs. For example: This was one of the threats found today ( HKUS\S-1-5-21-3098196639-259471172-876196857-1001-\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\explorer\recentdocs).   I'm not tech savy and i don't know if my thought is right. Hence I decided to use Hijackthis to thoroughly check. I don't understand 1 bit of the result and i dont know what to do either.

Here is the Log file:

It seems that the name of this program is the same as the name of the file. In the most cases this is the result of trojans. To be sure, you should check this file. This entry was classified from our visitors as good.

Also, I'm not sure why the site hijackthis.de mentioned that my firewall is not on but visibly, my firewall is on- windows firewall.

Here is hijackthis.de comment before the analysis.

firewall.gif

We couldn't detect any active process of a firewall on your system. Possible reasons:
(1.) You are using the windows firewall or a hardware firewall.
(2.) You are using a firewall of an unknown vendor.
(3.) You are using a firewall, but for unknown reasons it is disabled
(4.) You don't use any firewall at all.
We recommend you to use a firewall. Download and install one or activate windows xp´s own one. In case you got questions or you want us to add the firewall you use to our database, contact us at our forum

I have no idea what is going on.
