in windows 10 anything over 100 mb  won't download some small ones might but their sthey start normally then after a few seconds or so the time just goes up and up then it just freezes 

on all browser Edge Firefox and crome please help

Which antivirus and firewall programs you are using?

Have you try downloading file while Firewall and antivirus program turned off.

yes they still don't download small files will in the kb range will but mb sizes files won't what could cause this oh and I'm using Avast free sorry

Uninstall all third party antivirus and Firewall programs and check to see issue has been resolved.
