Hello i want to buy i core 7-6700

 

and 

Gigabyte GTX970 G1 GAMING SOC 4GB GDDR5 2xDVI HDMI 3xDP PCI-E

will it bottleneck the cpu ?

No but RX 480 is better choice than 3.5GB GTX970.

Good for gaming but as drillingmachime wait for RX 480 which will your pc very fast, durable and g1 gaming. In my opinion minimum 16 GB ram, SSD and 650 watt power supply make even better.

So yeah that's pretty much what im planning to buy

Consider better PSU. And stock CPU cooler is very bad.

Even 550W is more than enough if high enough quality.

Gigabyte will perform better than evga. PSU 650watt is good for long time use.
