[Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified

I am using windows 7 premium and i was trying to installed something called Nexon Launcher but than after i installed it and click on Nexon Launcher a Error pop up and said "[Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified." Can you guys please help me with this problem and i appreciated it if you guys do. 【:

This is an installer error. Try deleting the installer and downloading a new copy from the author's website. What is this program supposed to do anyway?

I uninstalled the launcher but after i installed it again the same error pop up again and the launcher is for playing a game. Do you know any other way to fix this error?

Due to the very little amount of information given by that error (which isn't your fault, it's the developers), I would suggest contacting the game developers directly.
