Please run this report collecting tool so that we can provide a complete analysis:  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location. (By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop)
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.

If it doesn't work for you, then please try this:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

Your UEFI/BIOS (version N56VZ.211) dates from 2012.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

Although you appear to have a reasonable number of Windows Update hotfixes for this version of your OS, please double check for any new Windows Updates.  It only takes one update to cause a problem, so it's essential that you have all of them.  The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

The memory dumps point to video, but I have a hunch that your M-Audio device may be contributing to it (it's driver dates from 2010).  The way to test is to uninstall it's software and then physically remove the device from your system.

Your SuperAntiSpyware dates from 2011, so I'd suggest uninstalling it also.

As for the video drivers, visit the Asus support website for your model and download/install the latest, W10 compatible drivers for your nVidia graphics adapter.

I'd also suggest updating the Intel video drivers (if available), but all I saw in the reports was the nVidia stuff.

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Thank you for the reply with instructions.

I tried googling the list of updates you mentioned...

UEFI/BIOS update - Can't find anything even on Asus's site.

M-Audio - The latest update was back in early 2015, does that mean I have to just get new hardware all together

SuperAntiSpyware - I've uninstalled it

Video Drivers - this is one of the link that seems to be the most relevant but I get error messages installing those updates.

Sorry I'm not as knowledgeable with drivers and really appreciate the further assistance with this.

If there is no more recent BIOS, then you can't update it.  Unfortunately, W10 communicates more with the BIOS than previous OS's did.  This could mean that the system might not be compatible w/W10.

If M-Audio says that the 2015 version is compatible w/W10, then try that.

Video drivers (for laptops) should be from the OEM manufacturer's (Asus) support site.

This is for systems that have had their drivers customized by the OEM.

Again, if they don't have drivers that are compatible w/W10 - then you have to wonder if the system is compatible w/W10

If this is the case, then you have to try video drivers from the Intel and nVidia sites - but be aware that these drivers can break the switchable graphics and can render one of the graphics cards inoperable.

It sounds like I most likely have to go back to windows 8.1 to resolve these issues.
It is now starting to affect my wacom cintiq table hard switches too (zoom & brush sizes)

Open the Run dialog and type "slmgr /xpr" (without the quotes) and press Enter

If a Window pops up saying that it's "permanently activated", then you've got your copy of W10 registered with Microsoft.

That way you can go back to W10 later on if you'd like.
