My laptop won't connect to my wifi. My phone is connecting fine. I have tried restarting the router and still the same problem. It is showing as connected but is not working

Try removing the wireless profile for your network then reconnect. See here for Windows 7, or reply with your OS for specifics. Only do this if you know your wifi password. Sometimes the settings in the wireless profile can get corrupted with MS updates or updates to AntiVirus firewalls.

I have windows 10. I'm out now so can't try it. Will try it later last night. It did actually connect once for a while earlier in the day but then went off. Phone would only connect randomly too
