I have some (minor) queries regarding the start menu in 10

When I first upgraded on June 1st I was able to adjust the size and shape of the start menu. Now it seems fixed and can't be changed, despite the pointer changing when you run it over the edges to indicate you can do so. Is this something that needs fixing or can you not do it now? If so how do I fix it?

Also a question about the tiles. I can only change the size and shape of certain tiles (preinstalled apps) is this right or should I be able to change the size and shape of other tiles as well?

Install latest Windows updates specially install Windows 10 Threshold 2 which will upgrade you to Windows 10 version 1511.

Right-click on a tile and you will see options, select Resize, your choices are (usually) small, medium, wide, and large. Some tiles may not have all those sizes available.
