CPU: If talking about quad cores, OK. Alternative i5-6600K if you want to overclock
Cooler: You cannot overclock CPU so forget watercoolers
Motherboard: As you cannot overclock CPU, take something cheaper, with B150 chipset for example. That is OK if overclocking
Memory: OK
SSD: TLC technology, take MLC instead http://pcpartpicker.com/product/KzyxFT/crucial-internal-hard-drive-ct250mx200ssd1
Video card: Radeon R9 380 4GB is much better than GTX 960 but AMD announces new RX series next week that are much better than R9 380 4 GB. So wait for next week.
Case: OK
PSU: Take something better like http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/fZyFf7/seasonic-power-supply-s12ii520bronze or http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/N6X2FT
