Mozilla ThunderBird

I use this one for my Business email and i love it, simple to use, easy to figure out and options of POP3 or IMAP, (IMAP preferably)

AND you can have multiple accounts connect to ThunderBird.

Personally, I use Apple's built-in Mail program. I do have a number of add-ins that add additional functionality (tag messages, file messages easier, set up follow-up reminders, etc).
