Power supply?

If OK, then Radeon RX480 is just fine. Released in about a week or so.

That Radeon HD 8570D is integrated so if your motherboard has PCI Express x16 slot, just add that RX 480 on it and put power connector from PSU to RX 480.

So, PSU has PCI Express 6-pin connector? http://www.playtool.com/pages/psuconnectors/pcie6index.jpg

Motherboard has free PCI Express x16 slot? https://www.realtimesoft.com/multimon/guide/mobo_pcie.jpg

PCI_E1 probably only means x1 speed slot with physical size on x16. Anyway other slot should work just fine. Motherboard model also helps.

PSU should be enough, but manufacturer and model is? Alternatively photo from sticker?

You may want to post a Speccy snapshot from this thread.  Unfortunately, it doesn't detect power supply wattage, but it does give a great deal of information on your PC's configuration.
