Network Problem bet HOst PC VM and Router

I have a problem about the diagram please check the attach files
 

 

i explain my problem

 

1. I have Router with DHCP (10 Routers)

2. I have 10 Virtual Machine to hold 10 routers (1VM=1Router)

3. Host PC of Virtual Machine with IP (192.168.1.188) 

4. Firmware update the 10 routers in one click, once he see 192.168.1.188 and distribute to all 10 routers

 

all i need are 

1. I ping Router from Host PC

2. I ping Router from VIrtual Machine

3. i Update firmware in 10 routers 

 

 I ping Router from Host PC, I ping Router from VIrtual Machine but my problem where i put my firmware since i use bridge in VMWare the problem is the IP for Firmware

 

sorry for my english :) i need your response Masters

the 2 Images attach will be the functions one for testing one for firmware update thats a possible or not?
