Well I have been repairing computers since Dos 4, I pretty much live and breathe computers, coming from an electronics background where I repaired everything from TV's to transmitters (at component level) computers were not only the next logical step but were soo easy compared to a transmitter or transceiver.

I am also a Qualified IT Trainer and Assessor, I love teaching complete newbies and especially love it when it "clicks" and they suddenly put it all together, a bit like Helen Keller.

My favorite student over the years was one where her HUSBAND ! told her she was TOO STUPID to learn computers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am proud to say that from the small beginning and knowledge I gave her she was encouraged to continue and now has numerous Microsoft qualifications, a job as a sys admin and a NEW Husband!!! yeehah! Proud of you Girl !!!!!!!!
