I have a Geforce GTX 750ti, and I'm thinking about buying this here upgrade kit:

For playing Watch Dogs, I know the Graphics Card is above the recommended specs, the RAM is right at the recommended specs, and the CPU is somewhere between the minimum and recommended.

But precisely what sort of framerate can I expect? if I can get a consistent 30fps during single-player mode, that would satisfy me.

My current build:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P
Processor: AMD FX-8350
RAM: 12GB (2x2GB+8GB)
Video Card: Geforce GTX 1050ti

OS: Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate

I cannot say for certain, but if you are talking about Watch Dogs 1, then you should be fine to get around 30 (should be well over imo).  The CPU won't impact you too much as long as it can keep up, but if it can't then it'll lag in ways like not updating ammo counter quickly, and things might actually be slowed down.  Try run the system at:
