My name is Colin.  Two weeks ago I discovered your site after weeks of bad pool caller and bad pool header crashes on my Surface Pro 4. My system was crashing ~1-2 times per day and I felt like I had exhausted all options, then I discovered your forum!

I discovered the solution to my crashes at this address:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/613814/win-10-bad-pool-caller-bad-pool-header/?p=4011513

I have not had a bad pool caller or bad pool header crash since I blocked port scans in Bitdefender.

You have such a great site, I wanted to be part of it!

Thanks for everything.

Colin
