Free Audio Enhancer?

That would be dependent on if your audio hardware will support an enhancement app.

What sound card do you currently have?

I currently am using the Surface Pro 4, but I don't know the sound card it has

I'm not familiar with a Surface 4. I think it uses onboard sound. Not an actual audio card.

I don't know of any freeware that will make a major difference.

Maybe someone who has a Surface 4 and done some experimenting can add something to the topic.

There are many software to enhance audio. List for PC are-

  1. Driver Booster
  2. JaMP Player (Free)
  3. Broken X Disk Manager
