Most recent BSOD code is DRIVER_PAGE_FAULT_IN_FREED_SPECIAL_POOL (rzudd.sys)

my friend has been helping me try to diagnose my issue but we've been unsuccessful in fixing it ourselves.

I followed the instructions for uploading the 2 zip files but the program the perfmon /report command opened would not produce any files even after sitting for 15 minutes.

· OS - Windows 10 x64 bit 10.0 build 10586
· What was original installed OS on system: Windows 7
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer): Force upgraded from Windows 7 (It would not give me the option to upgrade automatically several months after windows 10 had come out so I followed an online guide to force it.
· Age of system (hardware): 4~ years
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? 4~years.

· CPU: AMD FX-6100 6-Core ~3.3Ghz
· Video Card GeForce GTX 760
· MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop) Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3
· Power Supply - brand & wattage (skip if laptop) XFX Pro 850 Watt

· System Manufacture: IBuyPower
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom) custom

· Laptop or Desktop: Desktop

I'm late for work, so I can't look at the reports just now (I'll look this afternoon or tomorrow AM (UTC-5; east coast of the US))

But you mentioned the rzudd.sys driver in your post

This belongs to Razer software, so I'd suggest uninstalling it

Then, try another device and see if that helps (this'll help to rule out both the software and the device as a cause).

If this fixes the problem, then add the Razer device back in (without it's software)

Test to see if that still works w/o BSOD's

Finally, download and install a fresh copy of the latest, W10 compatible Razer software and test that.

Just to be cautious, please also run these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Let us know the results and we'll move on from there.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

Virus Checked with windows defender

Registry checked

I have a razor keyboard and mouse didn't have an issue when the mouse was plugged in but immediately reset when the keyboard was plugged in.

Does it reset now that you've updated the drivers.

We don't suggest using registry cleaners here, they don't help and can cause problems with the system.

Your UEFI/BIOS (version F7c) dates from 2012.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

Only 7 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 10586 (TH2/1511) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

You have a Linksys WUSB6300 wifi adapter:

I do not recommend using wireless USB network devices.
These wireless USB devices have many issues with Win7 and later systems - using older drivers with them is almost certain to cause a BSOD.
Should you want to keep using these devices, be sure to have the latest W7/8/8.1/10 drivers - DO NOT use older drivers!!!
An installable wireless PCI/PCIe card that's plugged into your motherboard is much more robust, reliable, and powerful.

There's only 1 memory dump in the uploaded reports.

If you're using a disk cleaning program (such as CCleaner), please stop while we're troubleshooting.

The memory dump shows that Driver Verifier is running.

Please be sure to turn it off.

To do this, open up verifier.exe and select "Delete existing settings", then click on the "Finish" button in the lower right.  Reboot for the changes to take effect.

The purpose of Driver Verifier is to cause BSOD's (and hopefully let you know which driver is the problem.

If you have a hardware problem, Driver Verifier won't help with that.

But, in this case it points to the Razer drivers, so that's where to start the troubleshooting.

As you've replaced the Razer drivers, now you wait to see if the problem is solved.

If not, the next suspect is the keyboard itself (so try using another keyboard temporarily to see if that helps).

Please note these 3 older drivers.  They will need to be updated.  If you can't find updates, then they'll need uninstalling.

The other older drivers likely don't have updates (Realtek audio and Logitech), But, they are usually very stable, so I don't worry about them as much.

Also, I'm starting to see a trend in conflicting software.  It's where (I suspect) mouse/keyboard/gaming adapters/controllers/joysticks/other HID device drivers "may" conflict with each other for control of the devices.

This isn't by any means certain, but it's my opinion to limit yourself to one set of devices that are known to play well together.

It's unusual that it fixed it as the Razer drivers are consistently blamed in the memory dumps (but Bigfoot cards have had issues in the past).

But, "Nothing succeeds like success." - so I'm glad that it's working well for you.

Good luck!
