Hi all, It is the second time a gain am really seeking help concerning the Hibernation problem of My Dell laptop inspiron 3420.When it Hibernates and i need to wake it up, it cannot do so then am forced to shut it up by force and start it once more.Kindly have read all sort of staff and replies from colleagues   in the Forum but not solution to me. I love this Laptop and If any body has ever gotten solution oover this, please just reply kindly to me.Thanks once

If you don't have BIOS version A11, install it and see if that helps:
