I recently got a Trojan (I think) on my pc. It crashed the pc, removed chrome history (I've changed passwords now) and disabled UAC, which I then activated. After rebooting, Windows asked me for permission for chromebrowser.exe to do changes on computer. I then reset my pc to a previous point and it seems to be gone. No weird appdata or permissions. But I do not trust that the virus is completely gone. How can I check for sure that my pc is safe?

Edit for clarity: A complete scan is currently running through windows defender, but I am not sure it will detect the Trojan if it is a backdoor one as I suspect.
