Shadowplay doesn't do anything

I finally got a GPU that can do Shadowplay.  But the problem is that, when I click on the "Shadowplay" icon in the top right corner of Geforce Experience, the interface comes up, but when I click on the switch, it doesn't do anything. It doesn't even look like it's TRYING to launch Shadowplay.

I looked on Google and I found this thread:




The problem he described sounded like mine.  So I followed his advice of reinstalling Geforce Experience.


That didn't work. I've still got the problem.

Moved from Win 7 to All Other Apps - Hamluis.
