CPU: Go for LGA1151 as LGA1150 is already obsolete socket. Or if multitasking, AMD FX-8320 is better than any i5.
Cooler: OK
Motherboard: Same as CPU, LGA1151 or AM3+
Memory: LGA1151 needs DDR4, for AM3+ that's OK
SSD: Buy at least 240GB drive, and better quality, like http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/MkL7YJ/crucial-internal-hard-drive-ct250bx100ssd1
HDD: OK
Case: OK
PSU: Something better quality, like http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/nB3RsY/seasonic-power-supply-s12ii620bronze
OS: Full version is much better http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/Mk648d/microsoft-os-kw900265
WLAN: OK

As already said, LGA1150 will suffer same fate as LGA1155 in couple of years, so use either LGA1151 (Intel) or AM3+ socket (AMD). That must be chosen before CPU or motherboard can be decided. Also SSD, PSU and OS for those I linked.

Also waiting for AMD Zen might not be bad choice, estimated launch october. Might be out of budget though.

It gave recommendations for better price/performance(or quality) components. When going with my recommendations, you get good PC for editing and gaming.

Link doesn't work, it leads to empty basket. Take screenshot instead.

This should clear up what the above posters mean by sockets.

CPU Socket Types Explained

This should give you more information on Intel Processor Sockets

What the socket? We explain Intel’s lineup of LGA parts here

Hope this helps a bit. :)

The first link does not seem to work.
Everything in the second link looks good.

I would suggest using http://pcpartpicker.com/ to create your build and then post the link to it here.
(Just like you had done in your original post.)

Looks good for me assuming that GTX 950 is changed to RX 480.
