I just recently had my bank account hacked into, I was doing my online banking and noticed a transaction from paypal trying to transfer money from my account into a fake paypal account, they failed at this and the transaction was reversed but I was left with an NSF charge, since then the paypal security fraud team contacted me and have started a case and will prosecute, I have also now opened a new bank account and before I start using online banking again would like to get some help to clean my computer, please.

I have an Asus X551M Laptop with Windows 8.1 with Bing, 64 bit operating system.

Thanks InadequateInfirmity, I couldn't get the ZHP one to work in English the only options seem to be French or Italian, Zemana came up with zero detections, is there an English version of ZHP ?

Malwarebytes Scan.

We need you to run MalwareBytes to get a log, please download the free version of MalwareBytes HERE

Save the file to somewhere you can easily find it. Double click the saved file to start the install, accept any security warnings that may appear, and after the install click the new desktop icon to start the program. We need to modify a couple of things with MalwareBytes before we use it so please follow the steps below.

  1. If the dashboard is not already displayed select it.
  2. Then select "Update Now" to get the latest database.

VSKiiIc.jpg

  1. Next we need to change a scanning option, select "Settings" on the main menu, then "Detection and Protection" on the left.
