I just had a factory reset for my Windows 7, and then trying to install Windows Update. I installed 20 at a time and after 3 times doing that, the Windows Update search takes a long time of 3 hours and during that time, I decided to install WSUS Offline and use it but then a BSOD occurs.

I then used System Restore to a point before the installation of WSUS Offline and on startup, there is only black screen with a non-responding cursor. I then used the power button and started the computer again and met with the same result and on the third try, I was able to get past the black screen but when I opened Google Chrome, another BSOD occurs. After that, the black screen comes and goes after startup, but BSOD will always happen.

At this time, I decided to factory reset the computer again, but the results are still the same. I used checkdisk but it only fix the problem temporarily, another BSOD occurs after quite some time. The only way for this computer is to run without BSOD is through Safemode. I already attached the DumpFileCollection but unable to get performance report due to error attempting to generate the report.

It seems that I may have fixed the problems now that the computer can last longer than an hour without BSOD by uninstalling the video drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller on safe mode and then reinstalling the latest drivers from the manufacturers.

I'm happy to hear that you've fixed the problem.

The following suggestions may help to keep the system running smoothly:

Only 51 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most systems with SP1 have 350-400 or more.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

This device has problems in Device Manager:

Security Processor Loader Driver    ROOT\LEGACY_SPLDR\0000    This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

This device is updated by Windows Update.  Please get all available Windows Updates

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver, although I have seen both dtsoftbus01.sys and dtscsibus.sys blamed on several occasions).

Please un-install the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration):  New link (15 Aug 2012):  http://www.duplexsecure.com/downloads (pick the appropriate version for your system and select "Un-install" when you run it).
Alternate link:  http://www.disc-tools.com/download/sptd
Manual procedure here:  http://daemonpro-help.com/en/problems_and_solutions/registry_and_sptd_problems.html
NOTE:  The uninstaller may not find the SPTD.sys driver.  Don't worry about it, just let us know in your post.
NOTE2:  The latest version has an SPTD2.sys driver - the uninstaller is on the same page as the SPTD.sys driver - just download the version for W10!

All of the memory dumps are STOP 0x116 errors.  Please follow these troubleshooting suggestions:  http://www.sysnative.com/forums/bsod-kernel-dump-analysis-debugging-information/35-video-tdr-timeout-0x116-0x117.html#post29532
Also, please monitor your temps with this free utility:  http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

3rd Party Drivers:

The following is for information purposes only. My recommendations were given above. The drivers that follow belong to software or devices that were not developed by Microsoft.  You can find links to the driver information and where to update the drivers in the section after the code box:
