I received a message containing a zip file name contract.zip from graham.docking@kw-eng.co.uk with the subject RE:vincyklink so i thought it was a reply to my previous sent messages and when i unzipped and installed it my files became encrypted. I have since uploaded the installer to http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/606583/cerber-ransomware-support-and-help-topic-decrypt-my-files-htmltxtvbs/ for analysis and waiting for results. hope the result will enable be decrypt my files. If any body needs to analyse this installer,I will be more willing to send it.

Rather than have everyone with individual topics, it would be best (and more manageable for staff) if you posted any more questions, comments or requests for assistance in the below support topic discussion.Doing that will also ensure you receive proper assistance from our crypto malware experts since they may not see this thread. To avoid unnecessary confusion, this topic is closed.

Thanks
