A hdd is a no brainer, but there are other questions which need to be answered before you can get good recommendations.

Do you already have a case.  If you do, is it a full ATX or mid or mini ATX?

Are you going to be running a graphics card using SLI or Cross Fire?

What CPU will you be using?

Ok, a mid ATX, if you are going to use a GPU capable of running in SLI or Cross Fire you will need not only the two PCI-E sockets, but you will need the room (clearance) for them to fit in the motherboard.  So you are going to need to post what GPU you want to use.

You can just say "it will be a AMD CPU.  AM1, AM2, AM3, FM2 are all AMD processors, but each of these is a different socket with a different number of pins.  You are going to specify which processor you are going to use.

If you are building a gaming machine you will not be happy with integrated graphics.

If you had posted what parts you had and were going to use initially this would have gone a lot faster.
