Please help. I can not delete a tracking key with adware cleaner.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to assist me in this manner. It is greatly appreciated. Earlier today I upgraded my iTunes and when I did I caught this. Adware cleaner detected it twice. I clicked Clean and it restarted my computer, but when I scanned with adware cleaner again it showed back up. I have attached the logfile. I hope I did it right :)

This is a legitimate subkey that Internet Explorer uses to store user prefernces for each file type the user clicks to clear the "Always ask before opening this type of file" check box, therefore it will reappear.
