OS - Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
What was original installed OS on system? Windows 7 home edition

· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? No.
· Age of system (hardware) amd 8150 & ram 4 years ca, gpu 1½ year,  power supply 6 months old, motherboard, 2 years old, hdd, 2 years old,
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? 5 days dago

· CPU AMD 8150, 3.9ghz

· Video Card Sapphire 290X tri-x new edition
· MotherBoard - asus sabertooth 990fx gen 2
· Power Supply - Corsair 750W

· System Manufacturer MM-Vision (danish comapny)

· Laptop or Desktop? Desktop

So i have tried to reformat, update my vbios for my 290X, all drivers down to 15.12, but still the drivers are crashing while playing games, either the driver crash or the PC goes for a full head on crash, atikmdag.sys & atikmpag.sys is the two drivers that is crashing, its not a thermal issue either, as the card is made for lasting up towards the 90C and over.

If anyone got an idea how to fix this issue, Please let me know!

Could you please provide a link where it says that the card is capable of 90ºC and over - all I found was the ability to dissipate heat from 90watts?

Although the card may survive 90ºC and over, the rest of the system can't stand the heat radiated from the card.
What are the actual temps that you're experiencing?

Please monitor your system's temperatures with this free tool:  http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

Your UEFI/BIOS (version 2501) dates from 2014.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

Only 4 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 10586 (TH2/1511) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

Out of 7 memory dumps there were 4 different BSOD  (aka STOP or BugCheck) error codes.  The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things (the list is not in any sort of order):
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking/overheating - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- dirt/dust/hair/fur/crud inside the case.  Blow out the case/vents with canned air (DO NOT use an air compressor or vacuum as they can cause damage to the system)
- missing Windows Updates
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers), older systems, or even pirated systems
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html or http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html ).

Most of the memory dumps point to your video card drivers.
Please get a head start on the hardware diagnostics - they are located here:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting.  Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.  i5 and i7 processors can be "auto-overclocked" by using Intel's TurboBoost feature.  If so, it's safe to disregard this caution.

Several of the memory dumps are STOP 0x116 errors.  Please follow these troubleshooting suggestions:  http://www.sysnative.com/forums/bsod-kernel-dump-analysis-debugging-information/35-video-tdr-timeout-0x116-0x117.html#post29532
Also, please monitor your temps with this free utility:  http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

Please note that your GPU-Z and TRIXX software uses drivers dating from 2010.

Please uninstall these programs.

If you don't experience any improvement after removing these programs, then I'd have to suspect a hardware problem with the video card (as you've already replaced the drivers several times).

If it's not overheating, then there has to be something else wrong.  Replacing the card with another one that's known to be good will be the ultimate test (to see if it's the card or not).
Do not purchase another card for this purpose unless you can get one from a shop that will let you return it for a full refund if it's not needed.

What are the actual temps that you're experiencing?

Please monitor your system's temperatures with this free tool:  http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

My temps are around 80 when gaming and 30-40 while idle. This review shows pretty much the heat from the GPU when playing games. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-r9-290-and-290x,3728-6.html

Asus is no longer putting out updates for the motherboard

Only 4 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most build 10586 (TH2/1511) systems have more than this.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available Windows Updates.
The actual number is not important.  Rather it's important that you checked manually, installed any available updates, and didn't experience any errors when checking or updating.

I have checked, and the only thing is AMD audio over HDMI update which i dont need as i dont use HDMI audio.

Out of 7 memory dumps there were 4 different BSOD  (aka STOP or BugCheck) error codes.  The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things (the list is not in any sort of order):

- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from http://www.carrona.org/initdiag.html or http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html ).

Malware on a fresh install of windows after a hdd nuke format? I'm maybe thinking broken hardware. Bios, nope, overclocking? nope, factory default, heck i even tried to downclock the card and still the same, dust? i got ocd, so no way, im cleaning with air cans ever 2 days to get the dust out.

Most of the memory dumps point to your video card drivers.
Please get a head start on the hardware diagnostics - they are located here:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Currently dont have time as i got exams. But yes, i read the same in the dumps that it all pointed to the drivers

If you're overclocking, please stop the overclock while we're troubleshooting.  Feel free to resume the overclock once the system has been stabilized.  i5 and i7 processors can be "auto-overclocked" by using Intel's TurboBoost feature.  If so, it's safe to disregard this caution.

as stated earlier, no OC, only factory defualt clocks.

Several of the memory dumps are STOP 0x116 errors.  Please follow these troubleshooting suggestions:  http://www.sysnative.com/forums/bsod-kernel-dump-analysis-debugging-information/35-video-tdr-timeout-0x116-0x117.html#post29532
Also, please monitor your temps with this free utility:  http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

Did not fix the issue. As said earlier, the temps are stable for the 290X

Please note that your GPU-Z and TRIXX software uses drivers dating from 2010.

Please uninstall these programs.

The problem started before those two programs were installed, it started after the 16.5.3 update for my GPU, ever since the problem just becomes worse and worse.

I'm currently waiting for the company where i got the GPU from responds back.
