Would anyone know how to fix this problem I am having with my user account in Windows XP?

The programs that I run and windows I have open are not showing up on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. According to the task bar, I do not have any windows open, even if I do

That means minimized windows can not be restored. I dunno what to do.

I sure hope someone can help me

Give this a look and possibly a try.

Taskbar Repair Tool Plus!

It might take in some registry editing and if it does be very careful and if necessary have someone help you accomplish this task, editing the registry can be hazardous to your computer if not done properly.
