There is heavyweight called amd radeon r9 380x but in domestic shopping i am getting 4 brands Asus radeon r9 380 4GB GDDR5 OC Boost, Msi radeon r9 380x 4GB GDDR5 twin frozer OC, Sapphire Nitro R9 380
ITX Compact 4GB GDDR5 and Gigabyte radeon r9 380 4GB GDDR5 G1 Gaming. They meets with corsair 550 watts PS But which one to buy?

As far as quality and support; Gigabyte, MSI, Sapphire, and then ASUS, in that order with Gigabyte being the highest.

Yes; but, I've been fixing this stuff for 40 years now and ASUS is on a very short list of folks I will never buy.  Gigabyte's quality is absolutely top notch.
