 Hi once again from the UK.

I queried on the forum a few days ago as to the introduction and installing of a replacement browser to that of IE.

Firefox and Opera being the most suggested alternatives.

Now, she that must be obeyed doesn't like Firefox on her machine { Windows 98SE } and would like it uninstalling. Easier said than done I'm afraid......

The program will not uninstall from the following locations,

Start Menu - Settings - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs.

CCleaner - Run Uninstaller.

My Computer - Local Disk - Programs - Mozilla FireFox - Uninstaller.

These characteristicts are also abundant when equally trying to un-install Thunderbird.

Click on the un-installer, hour glass appears for approx 5 to 8 seconds and then nothing.......Just will not un-install....

Any thoughts gentlemen , o, and ladies if present.

Tony. :flowers:
