HP Pavilion Notebook

It will freeze up right in the middle of seemingly nothing.  When I look at task manager, it often says 80% memory and 100% disk, even before I open anything.  I am posting the bare minimum for now so you can tell me what I need, because it looks like a lot of helpers get frustrated when there is too much information posted.  So, please guide me and let me know what I can provide to troubleshoot this.  Thank you.

Take a look at your RAM.  Start pulling one module at a time.  Consider doing a chkdsk on the hard drive file system.  For more information contact us a hXXp://www.thepcrepairnetwork.com

One of the finest hardware/software techs [which is not me] almost always asks:  what is the exact make and model of the computer?

However, you've already given the make and model, download and run Piriform's Speccy, save the logs, later, a BC regular will let you know how to publish most of that log.  One very common way:  use Speccy's Publish Snapshot.  Meanwhile, how much RAM does this notebook have?  How much free space does the hard-drive have?

- Run SPECCY and post the link that pops up (File >> Publish snapshot) in your next reply.

It will provide more details about your system.

Please run this report collecting tool so that we can provide a complete analysis:  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location. (By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop)
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.

If it doesn't work for you, then please try this:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

While waiting for a reply, start with these free diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

The malware scans are important.  If infected, I'd suggest posting over in the Am I Infected forum:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/103/am-i-infected-what-do-i-do/
Please read the pinned topics at the top of the forum for instructions on how to post there.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
