You are allowed to help in any section, except the Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs section which is limited to approved/certified helpers (members of the Malware Reponse Team, Study Hall Seniors, etc.) This is to ensure that users seeking assistance here for malware removal receives the best assistance possible, since malware removal is a complex task and one wrong action can make the whole thing goes South pretty quickly.

Otherwise, you are free to assist in every other sections :)

In your Introduction topic you state that you know how to remove malware.

If that is the case, you can help in Am I Infected? What do I do?
