I just got my EVGA GTX 970 FTW and was wondering if i should just stay with the GTX 970 or upgrade to the brand new GTX 1070.  The founders edition is like $440, and i was wondering if the GTX 970 would be just fine running at 1080p games at max settings for a while, and if I should just wait till the GTX 970 is no longer good for gaming.  Please let me know you opinion.

GTX970 is good enough for 1080p games @ 60 FPS, so look better video card when you have better monitor.

Unless you can return that GTX970 and get your money back, because right now there is no sense buying new GTX970.

I would wait for the full release of the gtx 1070 opposed to the "founders" edition which is just the reference cards at a higher price than the retail versions will be. (at least from what i've read)
