I was setting my pc up to do a reformat, deleting files so the reformat goes fast and what not,  i learned earlier that it would be ok to detach my secondary HD and not lose those files.  but i noticed that when i did that a F icon labeled recovery is gone now when i place my recovery disc in the dvd rom it to make it start it goes straight to desktop. what gives?
