Update your chipset, video, and Intel programs.

If it persists, wait until it goes black again.
As soon as you recovery from that, Let's try looking at these 2 sets of reports:

1)  Please run this report collecting tool (even though you may not be reporting BSOD's) so we can provide a complete analysis:  http://omgdebugging.com/bsod-inspector/
When done a Notepad document will open with the name of the file and it's location.
By default it'll be a .zip file located on your Desktop
Simply upload the .zip file with your next post and we'll move on from there.
If it doesn't work for you, then please try this:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/576314/blue-screen-of-death-bsod-posting-instructions-windows-10-81-8-7-vista/

2)  Please do the following:
- open Event Viewer (run eventvwr.msc from the "Run" dialog)
- expand the Custom Views category (left click on the > next to the words "Custom Views")
- right click on the "Administrative Events" heading
- select "Save all Events in Custom View as..."
- save the file as Admin.evtx
- zip up the file (right click on it, select "Send to", select "Compressed (zipped) folder")
- upload it with your next post (if it's too big, then upload it to a free file-hosting service and post a link here).

FYI - If we're looking for Event ID 41 errors (unexplained shutdowns), there's more info on that here:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2028504

While waiting for a reply, please monitor your temps with this free utility:  http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

I did test it several times with BSOD inspector and I can't run it longer then 20 minutes because it gives me "Finished" message only after 2-3 minutes, I did everything you mentioned except the msi afterburner, because the issue was here before installing the program and my gpu overheats when playing games without turning msiafterburner, I only use the fan speed in the program.

So far my computer didn't turn off, but it changed from turning off to freezing when leaving the pc for a long time (Which I need to restart it), plus when I updated itunes today I got blue screen (Machine_Check_Exception)

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your help

IF you've installed MSI Afterburner, the driver loads when Windows starts - and it stays in memory even if you're not using the program.

This doesn't mean that it's doing things, but it's better not to have it loaded.

If the GPU overheats when playing games, then there's a problem with the GPU.

Please check the GPU to ensure that it's getting good, cool airflow, that it's not clogged with dirt/dust, that the fan is operating properly, and that there is sufficient power to power it properly.

In the event that you're overclocking, please stop while we're troubleshooting.  Our tests and procedures are based on a stock system.

A Machine Check Exception is primarily a hardware error (such as overheating), but can also be due to other things such as compatibility issues or low-level drivers

Please zip up the contents of the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and upload them with your next post.

If unable to zip them up there, copy them to your Desktop and zip them up there.

My question is: Does the gpu fans work without MSI afterburner? because i dont think it runs without the program (previous experience with my previous gpu)

and for the minidump, its empty.. do u still need it?

Thank you :D

If the GPU fans don't work without Afterburner, then there's a problem with the controls or the GPU

As such, then I'd ask the experts over in the Internal Forums about this:    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/7/internal-hardware/

I will continue to work on this problem with you for the foreseeable future.
Should I give up, I will make suggestions on how I would proceed.

No, I don't need the minidump files if it's empty.

As the system is crashing, but no memory dumps are being collected, there must be a problem that we can't see.
If you're using disk cleaning software (such as CCleaner), please stop while we're troubleshooting.

Beyond that, please try this:

Upload Dump Files:
NOTE:  If using a disk cleaning utility, please stop using it while we are troubleshooting your issues.

If you don't have anything in that folder (C:\Windows\Minidump), please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP.  If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service.  Then post the link to it in your topic so that we can download it.

Also, search your entire hard drive for files ending in .dmp, .mdmp, and .hdmp.  Zip up any that you find and upload them with your next post.

Then, follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file):  http://www.carrona.org/setmini.html
More info on dump file options here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/254649
