Also open Command Prompt by typing cmd.exe into Start Menu search box right click the cmd.exe and select "Run as administrator". Within Command Prompt type wmic CSPRODUCT list /format:list  | clip command and press Enter key this command will retrieves the laptop system product information from SMBIOS and stores it in Windows clipboard after executing this command right click on your next post to paste the clipboard content to your next post.

Webcam does not have a driver this mean Windows using generic build in driver you can uninstall the driver from Device Manager and after restarting laptop Windows will reinstall the webcam generic driver. There is Cyberlink WebCam Application if you want to use this application.

Thank you, that helps. I checked by Aspire V3-571 and I received the following list. Which one would be suitable for the webcam driver?

Also, how can I uninstall the existing driver from the Device Manager. I don't see one.

You can download the  Cyberlink WebCam Application from Application tab. If you cant found Cyberlink Webcam entry at Device Manager then either webcam driver not installed or webcam is faulty. Webcam drivers are listed under Images devices  click arrow > next to Images devices to expand it and right click webcam entry and select Uninstall from context menu.

Sorry, all I can see under the Application tab is the following:

LaunchManager Acer LaunchManager Application 7.0.10 20.8 MB 2013/10/12 Download

I'm not sure where to find the Cyberlink Webcam Application for Aspire V3-571

Also, nothing is listed under the Imaging devices (just the printer device). Does that mean the webcam was somehow uninstalled?

I think the webcam is faulty and not working you may have to purchase a webcam. Go to Acer Support page and input NXRZGAA0022210F09E3400 into Search by Serial Number or SNID search box and click Search. Select Windows 7 64-bit operating system from drop down list and click Application tab to download Cyberlink Webcam Application. This application is for 64-bit version of Windows 7 cannot be install with 32-bit version of Windows OS but this webcam driver can be install with 64-bit version of Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 operating systems.

First uninstall installed webcam driver and software that is currently installed then install Webcam Cyberlink. If installing Webcam Cyberlink Application still cannot found the Webcam then its probably stop functioning it could be that the Webcam would need to be replace.

How do I uninstall it? The camera cyberlink application that I downloaded using the link above does not appear under "Control Panel/Programs" so I can uninstall it...

In addition when I right click on webcam cyberlink folder that I downloaded, it is asking me to purchase a program called "Revo uninstaller" so I can uninstall it.

Uninstall the webcam all webcam software from "Control Panel --> Programs and Features" and open the Device Manager by typing Devmgmt.msc expand Imaging devices  and right click the webcam to uninstall and delete the driver from driver store.
