Hello, I've recently started a topic regarding my virus issues in "Am I infected? What do I do?" Section. A professional helped me, but when I tried to reply back, I keep getting the message "Sorry, you don't have permission for that!" What do I do?

Hi butterfly :)

Looks like I'm this "professional" you're talking about (I'm not on that level yet, but maybe I will one day :P). When you tried to reply, were you copy/pasting anything lenghty (like the MiniToolBox log), or were you trying to attach a file (like the MiniToolBox log)?

Try to post normally in the thread, then quickly edit it and copy/paste the MiniToolBox log in it.

Might be an issue with the MiniToolBox log you are posting. Since it's in Chinese (from what I can understand), there might be character exceptions. Copy/paste the log on Pastebin, and post the URL in your thread.

I can confirm that you are indeed being picked up and blocked by the spam filter. For the logs containing known Korean characters used for spam purposes.
