Hello,

Been following the BSOD posting instructions, I downloaded the Sysnative BSOD Dump + System File Collection App and it run just fine and created the zip, but when I try to run the PERFMON System Health Report (I'm using Windows 8.1) I keep getting an error message that says:

Error:

An error occured while attempting to generate the report.

The operator or administrator has refused the request.

Help anyone?

I'm late for work, so this'll be quick.

Haven't looked at the reports yet, but suggest this for starters:

1.  Get ALL available Windows Updates.  It may take several trips to get them all
2.  Get ALL available, compatible updates for your OS from the manufacturer's website (to include BIOS/UEFI).
3.  Start with these free hardware diagnostics:  http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html
4.  If all of the hardware tests pass, then run Driver Verifier according to these instructions:  http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html

Your UEFI/BIOS (version A04) dates from 2013.  Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any UEFI/BIOS updates available for your system.  If you are able to install the update through Windows (without booting from an external drive), then go ahead and update it.  WARNING - if the computer might shut down during this procedure, please don't do it, as this may physically damage the computer and prevent it from booting.

Only 81 Windows Update hotfixes installed.  Most systems have 180 or more.  Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).
Don't worry about the specific number, it's just important that you have checked and installed any updates that were available (and didn't experience any errors).

These devices have problems in Device Manager:

Bluetooth Audio Device    BTHENUM\{61118058-486C-4BB0-B4B8-ACE4DCADEC44}_LOCALMFG&0000\8&31464C99&0&000000000000_00000000    This device is disabled.
Virtual Bluetooth Support (Include Audio)    BTHENUM\{CBECAB40-A2C8-4AB3-ADC1-DE0FE95D8600}_LOCALMFG&0000\8&31464C99&0&000000000000_00000000    This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.
Bluetooth LWFLT Device    BTHENUM\{DD533152-01F4-435C-ABFE-984BC21A2A65}_LOCALMFG&0000\8&31464C99&0&000000000000_00000000    This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.

Please enable the disabled devices, then update the Bluetooth software (both through Windows Update and for the individual devices on your system (from the Dell website).

Then, once they're updated, feel free to disable them again.

Many, many errors in CCC.exe - an executable file associated with the Catalyst Control Center.
Please:

- download a fresh copy of the video drivers for your system (probably best to get these from Dell)

- uninstall the current video drivers

- install the freshly downloaded drivers

- monitor for further errors

All 50 of the latest memory dumps point to a thread stuck in a device driver.

These revolve around DirectX and your video drivers - so the advice to remove and then reinstall your video drivers is the best bet for now.

Still working on it... SO MANY UPDATES.

Currently installing the new video drivers from the Dell website, I think I'll be done in a few.

I am happy to report that I just experienced the first computer start up WITHOUT a BSOD in months!!!

No catalyst control center error either. The comp continued to give me a BSOD and a ccc error even after I got all windows updates, but the problem was solved right after I updated the video drivers, so this had to be it eh!
