I changed something in UAC

I'm not sure what I did . And I'm unable to do a system restore. The computer says there's no file associated with it or it's not enabled. But everytime I attempt to make a change , it say's I'm not authorized even if I'm logged on as the administrator. I've tried changing UAC and it won't let me.

I'm assuming you are using a administrator?


Open the Control Panel and select User Account.


When it opens create a new administrator account and see if this resolve the problem.
