I was wondering if it is normal for windows 10 to have the disk running 100%. And my computer is running a bit slow. This same thing is happening on my other windows 10 device. If this is not normal how to I fix it?

No it not normal if hard disk drive been utilize continuously at 100% percent. Find out which process utilizing the hard disk drive  continuously at 100% percent from Task Manager. You should also defragment hard disk drive because fragmented hard disk drive will be utilize more often then defragmented hard disk drive.
