Dear Team,

My laptop affected my cryptxxx.ransomeware virus and all of my file encrypted aprt from the public one.I have tried to decrypt the same via kasper key toll but it provided me message that 'This type of encrypted file is not supported by us'. I have tried 'shadow explorer',file recovery software but  again failed. They provided the folowing message and demanded 1080 $...

even they are going to delete the key after 15th june.

They have kept one recovey text file in all the folder along with encrypting all the file and that text file tells something like following..

''''''  *********************************************

NOT YOUR LANGUAGE? USE https://translate.google.com

What happened to your files ?
All of your files were protected by a strong encryption with RSA4096
More information about the encryption keys using RSA4096 can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSA_(cryptosystem)

How did this happen ?
!!! Specially for your PC was generated personal RSA4096 Key , both public and private.
!!! ALL YOUR FILES were encrypted with the public key, which has been transferred to your computer via the Internet.
!!! Decrypting of your files is only possible with the help of the private key and decrypt program , which is on our Secret Server

What do I do ?
So , there are two ways you can choose: wait for a miracle and get your price doubled, or start obtaining BITCOIN NOW! , and restore your data easy way
If You have really valuable data, you better not waste your time, because there is no other way to get your files, except make a payment-----------------------so on..

Please help me regarding decryption of my file, all of my documents are stored there and i do not have any back up.

Thanks in advance for your support.

There is an ongoing discussion in this topic where you can ask questions and seek further assistance. Other victims have been directed there to share information, experiences and suggestions.Several victims reported they paid the ransom but the cyber criminals did not provide a key to decrypt the files. Victims of the newer CryptXXX 2.0+ variants have reported that the key and decryption software provided by the cyber criminals did not work or resulted in errors. No support is provided afterwards so victims cannot ask for help. I would advise not to pay the ransom if that is something you are considering.

Rather than have everyone with individual topics, it would be best (and more manageable for staff) if you posted any more questions, comments or requests for assistance in the above support topic discussion...it includes experiences by experts, a variety of IT consultants, end users and company reps who have been affected by ransomware infections. Doing that will also ensure you receive proper assistance from our crypto malware experts since they may not see this thread. To avoid unnecessary confusion, this topic is closed.
