Hi!

I'm using Windows XP SP2 fully updated.
Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0.0.303 (fully updated).
Ad-Aware and SpyBot SD (oth fully updated).

I have noticed 2 new processes running: IKernel.exe and knlwrap.exe (it's located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Engine\6\Intel 32) I have installed "Microsoft Plus!" recently but uninstalled it in a few minutes (I didn't reboot my PC after installation). Maybe these processes are part of "Microsoft Plus!"? I shut them down as fast as I could. I think it's a keylogger or virus. I would be ery happy to get rid of these.

KIS6 found nothing, except mirc client (I think I could get more keyloggers using it again, so I've deleted it). Also it found BNetGatewayEditor.exe as trojan but it's not. It's used to change server names in Diablo II game but I've deleted it too. Ok, now I'm clean of those mircy programs

Now I'm worried. My friend looked in the same directory and didn't find anything like knlwrap.exe. Here's the full listing of files in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Engine\6\Intel 32" directory: corecomp.ini; ctor.dll; IKernel.exe; ILog.dll; iuser.dll; knlwrap.exe; msihook.dll; objectps.dll; scpthdlr.dll. Should I delete them?

Here's what I found about this:

Rate
It comes with a prefetch" KNLWRAP.EXE-090F9024" and turns legitamate programs into key-loggers. Also check to see if you have "KILL.INI" and "KILLAPPS.EXE" on your system. Until I isolated these in a win.zip file it even caused my d-link 604 to reset itself. ZA Pro stopped it all but could not identify it as spyware, nor could Spybot 1.4 beta or ewido. It's been a long 10 days trying to isolate the problem.

My hickathis log:
