Greetings All

Can someone please help me delete this annoying pop-up/virus/malware/greyware (and a few other names I care not to post), it has just recently started popping up to purchase their software...(it pops up like every 5 minutes) and with my anti-virus software (PC-Cillian) coupled with ad-aware and spybot I just can not shake this thing, It seems to be relatively new and vicious in nature, if anyone can help me, I would sincerely appreciate it....

Thank You

Hey Jim

I have read your post and I think it would be wise for you to post a HijackThis log for an expert to review.
I recommend you follow the HijackThis preparation guide which can be found here. It is important that you follow the guide closely. A number of scans will be run which may well fix your problem. As the guide says, after you have completed the scans that are recommended, please post your HijackThis log in a new topic in the forum found here. Please add your system infomation and also what problems you are having.
Please be patient, and a HJT team member will help you to clean up your system.

Yup the issue is defiantly spyware ect.... Run a quick spywae scan and see what you can find, but remeber it's best to scan your computer for spyware when your in safe mode. I use the following utilities on my system to remove spyware, and so far I haven't had any issues.

No Adware ( http://www.noadware.net )
Ad-Aware SE Personal ( http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware )
Spyware Doctor ( http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor )
Webroot Spy Sweeper ( http://www.webroot.com )
CWS Shredder ( http://www.intermute.com/spysubtract/cwshr...r_download.html )

Give these programs a shot, I use them back at the shop for fixing computer systems, and they seem to do the trick almost every time.
