I am using QuickBooks Pro 2009 on a Windows 7 Home Premium computer. I upgraded to Microsoft Office 2016 last week and every since, I have been unable to email through QuickBooks. When I try to email an invoice, I receive the message box titled Quickbooks PDF Converter Activation Error -20 with the message "You cannot print directly to the QuickBooks PDF Converter. Try using QuickBooks Save as PDF option" (The save as PDF doesn't work either). I have been through a number of articles on the QuickBooks support site involving running the PDF Converter and Repair tool and uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks PDF converter, but I am still getting the same error message. Any assistance would be appreciated.
