I want to move files from OneDrive (as Microsoft is changing its unlimited storage on OneDrive, I think its from 15gb to 5gb) to external drives.  I kept getting error messages

Interrupted Action - Are you sure you want to copy this file without its properties...................................

I then tried moving the files to my pc and got the error 0x8802C004

"An unexpected error is keeping you from copying the file. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem.

Error 0x8802C004: There was a problem connecting to the service. Please try again later.

I've done Windows Update, Troubleshooted and scanned for corrupt files.  Looked at Microsoft Support and done what they advise to do in Google Chrome - Ctrl Shift Del and cleared browsing history and have Microsoft Silverlight installed and if that hasn't sorted it you have to create a new local account.  Isn't there another way of resolving this pls?

Have you tried a different browser?

Do you have Microsoft Silverlight installed?

Download and run the Microsoft Account Troubleshooter.  Clicking on the link will automatically start the download.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

Yes I have Microsoft Silverlight installed and when ran Microsoft Account Troubleshooter  got the message

Can't connect to the sync service - there might be an internet connection problem or the service may  not be available.  Please check your internet connection and try again

and

Troubleshooting has completed - Problems found Can't connect to the sync service detected

Rootcauses found and created logs showed that I needed a Microsoft account to sync my settings - which I have .

the logs showed that I needed a Microsoft account to sync my settings and I already have a Microsoft account and that I must be connected to the internet to sync my settings and I was connected to the internet.  I Troubleshooted problems for my internet connection but found nothing.  don't know what to do now. :scratchhead:

Please download and install Farbar Service Scanner.

When FSS opens you will see an image like the one below.

Place checks in all of the boxes and then click on Scan

When the Scan is complete a log similar to the one below will open.  Copy and then paste this in your topic.
