computer is lagging when network is on.

Please help me my computer lag. It starts with a bit of lag and grows into an almost unusable lag.

When i turn the internet off my computer is back to normal, and when i turn the internet back on the computer start lagging immediately.

I'm wondering if your internet security and internet monitoring programs are set a little too assertively.

i am using bitdefender total security 2016 x64 bit (Windows 10).

bitdefender keep blocking too many ports.
