Is unavailable. Make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available, and then try again"

Firefox was working fine a couple days ago, I now am unable to access it all. This problem started occurig after I realized there was no firefox shortcut in the admin account, so I searched firefox with Windows Search and then dragged a firefox icon onto the desktop of he admin account, (I still cant even see it on the admin account)

How can I fix this?

I'm kind of hoping to figure out a way of fixing this without having to reinstall it.

When you dragged the file you probably moved it instead of setting up a short cut to it.  Try moving it back to where it belongs c:\program files\.... then drag it to the desktop and make sure you select create shortcut here
