Will the game allow you to install it while in Safe Mode with Networking?  I've never seen the game; however, I have installed many programs ]that balked in Windows Normal Mode] in Safe Mode with Networking.

First of all - welcome to BC !

It would help if you could give us the make and model of your computer or the basic details of your system if you built it yourself - motherboard, processor and RAM.

What are you trying to install this game from - DVD, USB drive, download ?  Does the installation not start at all, start and then stop, finish and then refuse to run ?

Please post back with this information.
