Walked in on cyberlink recovery manager running (child was using games, something about "I clicked on the teddie bear and a blue screen came up)". Sooo it ran with the bar like When you download something. Wouldn't let me interrupt. Now a screen is up all black with white writing that offers. "I need help immediately". Or. I'd like to take precautions" and or the big red X in the upper right hand corner. Which selection if any should I choose??? Is this a legitimate screen??? Sooo door number one. Door number two. Or door number 3. Any suggestions ?? The thing that will break my heart is if I lose pictures. Thank you in advance 😰

Hi GT383,

Does the window look like the one below? If so, this is the HP recovery software that you can use to create recovery DVDs/USBs or recover your system. Please feel free to close it.
