Windows 10 upgrade install from usb stick

I have Windows 10 upgade downloaded on a usb flash drive. Can I use this same one to install upgrade on more than one computer?

Yes.  The upgrade media has no attachment to any given machine.  The actual licensing of Windows 10 is tied directly to the hardware (the motherboard, I think) on the machine that's upgraded.

 

You could upgrade different machines until you're blue in the face and have no issue doing so.
